Findings from the report indicate a significant gap in organizational readiness, with 73% of executives acknowledging the importance of preparing for multiple outcomes to achieve resilience. However, 42% of these leaders admit their organizations are not equipped with the necessary skills and infrastructure to effectively respond to market disruptions. This disparity highlights a pressing need for businesses to invest in building robust systems and cultivating a workforce capable of navigating the complexities of today's business environment.

The report also sheds light on the challenges of balancing innovation with protection, a concern for many leaders. Only 8% are optimistic about a future characterized by innovation and collaboration, while 45% of organizations are hesitant to invest in AI due to data security concerns. Additionally, 42% of leaders are worried about keeping up with the rapid pace of AI advancements.
