Reynolds brings a 40-year career spanning nine countries, including serving as a three-time CEO who led major banking operations in Canada, the UK, and Asia-Pacific for organizations including Scotiabank and Roynat Capital.

Throughout his distinguished career, Reynolds managed an $80 billion portfolio and 16,000 employees while overseeing Asia-Pacific operations from Hong Kong. His extensive experience includes leading organizations through scale-ups, turnarounds, international expansions, and strategic divestments across more than 25 countries. Reynolds has also served as Chairman of the Board of Bank of Kigali, Rwanda's largest bank, demonstrating his capability in complex government relations and regulatory compliance initiatives.
